Welcome to our Dietician page.
My name is Ann Johnson, and I am the Dietician for Davies Lane Children’s Centre. I have been a Community Dietician in the Waltham Forest area for about 2 years.
I will be at the baby clinics and toddler groups where you can drop in for some nutrition advice (see timetable for details).
You can also join one of our free groups such as our Food Club and Healthy Mums, Healthy Baby Group – I hope you can join us!

Many of us in the UK eat too much salt. Too much salt can raise your blood pressure, which puts you at increased risk of health problems such as heart disease and stroke. But a few simple steps can help you to cut your salt intake.
Healthy eating when you are out?
